Refund policy
We work hard and strive to deliver the best product quality and best shopping experience that you can possibly get, so that you will be completely satisfied not only with your product itself but with the whole experience. Our goal is to help and ease the problems you face with being at home for so long and so many new needs that comes up and we want to help you solve them, not create more problems for you to have more things to worry about.
We also understand that we don't live in a perfect world, things break when in transit, things don't always go according to plan and everything can change in just a matter of days, and thinking about that we have a very fair and understandable return, refund and exchange policy.
We give our customers and friends a 30-day return policy no questions asked, because of contracts and third party rules we have agreed upon with our several different product manufacturers and suppliers, we have a 30-day return policy, which means we have to be notified within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange/refund.
To be eligible for a return/exchange/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, along with pictures of the product that shows the reason for the return request and pictures of the shipping label.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail as well as instructions on how and where to send your package(s), with its related shipping expenses being up to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "Sale" items, discounted or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, and once the returned item was confirmed received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
