Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This processing time window is apart from the delivery time estimated during the check out process. You will receive another notification once processing has been complete and your order has shipped. 

Due to COVID-19 and how it affected the world including the way people and companies work, it has also affected the way shipping companies operate, resulting in high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control which may result in delay in shipments and delivery times. Most of our produtcs are either made in/stored in and shipped from the U.S.A. which helps in higher quality, faster shipping times and quicker deliveries. Currently most of our orders are arriving between 5 to 15 days, with only a few cases taking longer than that.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Home Brains and brawn orders may only ship to 48 States and Washington, D.C. a.k.a. The continental United States, with no holiday deliveries. We do not deliver to any P.O. Boxes, Military APOs or FPOs, as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We occasionally offer special discounts on shipping rates such as free shipping on orders above a certain value, free shipping on all orders, free shipping on combined orders, so please pay attention to your check out page and to any advertising notes in the top header or foot note or anywhere else on the site for current special shipping promotions available at a time.

Please note that different itens in one combined order even though were purchased together and paid in one invoice they still may be shipped and delivered in separate packages in different times.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately we Do Not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@homebrainsandbrawn.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
